At Vanamali Organic Farm, we take great care in preparing, packing and delivering our traditional, organic and homemade food products.
Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in acceptable condition.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong product
- A product that is leaking or has been damaged during transit
- A product that is defective or not in acceptable condition
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order details
- Photographs/videos of the package
- Photographs of the product and damage
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the complaint and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the order.
4. Products Damaged After Delivery
We are unable to accept returns or refund requests for products that have been damaged, improperly stored or mishandled after successful delivery.
Please store our products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.
5. Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package or other circumstances attributable to the customer, please contact us to discuss the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
